These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the mobile application Jofit (the "App") operated by Pitaud Yannick ("we", "us", or "our").

By downloading, accessing, or using the App, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the App.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old (or the legal age in your country) to use this App. If you are under the required age, you must have permission from a parent or legal guardian.

2. Description of the Service

The App provides tools that allow users to:

• Create and manage personal data (e.g., tasks, workouts, templates, logs)
• Track progress
• Access premium features via subscription

The App may evolve over time. We reserve the right to modify features at any time.

3. Accounts (If Applicable)

If the App offers account creation, you agree to:

• Keep your login credentials secure
• Notify us of unauthorized access

You are responsible for all activity under your account.

4. Subscriptions & Payments

Premium features may be offered via subscription.

Payments are processed by the Apple App Store or Google Play Store. Subscription management may be handled through RevenueCat.

We do not directly process or store your payment information.

Subscription Terms

• Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled.
• You can cancel at any time via your Apple or Google account settings.
• Refunds are handled according to Apple or Google policies.
• We cannot issue refunds directly.

5. User Content

All data you create in the App (tasks, logs, templates, etc.) remains your property.

Data stored locally on your device is your responsibility. We are not responsible for data loss due to device issues, deletion, or technical problems.

6. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the App for unlawful purposes
• Attempt to reverse-engineer the App
• Interfere with the App’s operation
• Use the App in a way that damages our reputation

7. Intellectual Property

All content, design, logos, trademarks, and software associated with the App are owned by [Your Name / Company Name].

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the App for personal purposes only.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for indirect or incidental damages, loss of data, loss of profits, device damage, or subscription disputes handled by Apple or Google.

Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid in the last 12 months.

10. Health & Fitness Disclaimer (If Applicable)

If the App includes fitness-related features, it does not provide medical advice. You should consult a healthcare professional before starting any exercise program. We are not responsible for injuries resulting from use of the App.

11. Termination

We may suspend or terminate access if you violate these Terms, if required by law, or if the service is discontinued. You may stop using the App at any time.

12. Privacy

Your use of the App is also governed by our Privacy Policy.

13. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the App after updates constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.

14. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and interpreted under the laws of France. Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of French courts.
